Heyra Terms of Use

By creating a Heyra account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Heyra.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old, give a phone number you control, and keep your account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

How you may use Heyra

Do not use Heyra to harass or threaten people, share illegal content, share sexual content involving minors, spread scams or malware, impersonate others, send spam, or break the law. Do not try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Your content

You own what you send. You give us permission to store and deliver it so the service works. You are responsible for your content and for having the right to share it.

Safety and enforcement

You can block and report users. We may remove content or suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. We may be required to cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Calls and emergencies

Heyra calls use the internet and are not a replacement for a phone line. Do not rely on Heyra to contact emergency services.

Availability

We work to keep Heyra running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Heyra is provided as is, and RAE HORIZON TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile, Delete account) or by following these steps.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
