Delete your Heyra account and data
Delete it yourself in the app
- Open Heyra and go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and all your devices are signed out.
What is deleted
Your name, photo, about text and phone number are removed from our records, your contacts and blocks are cleared, and you are removed from your chats and groups.
What may remain
Messages you already sent can remain in other people's chats. Backups are overwritten on a rolling schedule. We keep limited records where the law or abuse prevention requires it.
Cannot open the app?
Send a deletion request from the phone number on your account to support@raehorizontechnologieslimited.com with the subject "Delete my Heyra account". We may ask you to confirm it is you, and we will reply within 30 days.
